So, how did you do the seatbelt connection? I am thinking that is fixed on the actual seat on the original seats.

Funny you should ask. So when I bought these I only paid $100 for the set. Why you ask ? Because they were missing the female seatbelt along with the sliders. Once I got one of the old seats out I popped the female buckle out of it and tried it on the WRX seat. The bolt was same size and thread pitch, I only needed to cut a small tab off of the FZJ buckle and it bolted right up.

That is awesome about the bolt size. I am looking for a set of M3 or e46 BMW seats with integrated seatbelts. Looks shorter than your WRX seats, and next project for me will be topless again, and I don't want pillars to hold up the third point of the seatbelts. If anyone has a lead on a set, let me know.

@2fpower those seats look pretty sweet, do they come in grey or tan ? I would like to find a nice set of leather seats, maybe heated even, for my wife's truck. Especially nice would be all that plus some armrests. I guess its going to depend on what they have at that big pick n pull up your way. In fact I think I need to make a trip up there here in the next few weeks.

These seats are power everything, but no seat heaters, I will have to add that. Yes, I have seen tan and grey, and every other color.

If you don't need the integrated seatbelt, just look for m3 or 3 series seats on clist.

Here is my search string.... Ebay prices are higher than clist, (plus shipping) but gives you ideas.

Think this is the same company as the last post. Z4 seats with the integrated seatbelt

*Edit* Not sure if Z4 seats would work as standalone's though. They look to lean against the rear of the cab body

I bow to your c list searching....

Got these new caster correction plates installed today. Big thanks to @sleeoffroad for such a quality product. I did have the MAF 3'' plates back on the frame, but I couldn't get my Metaltech sliders on with them up there. I think most other sliders work with them though. This is definitely a very well thought out and engineered product. Time to put the old MAF units on the auction block.

Update: I got a good drive in yesterday and this morning to check how the suspension handles with the new caster plates. I'm thinking since these were designed for a 4 in lift and my previous brackets were 3in I may have a little extra caster than previously. In any case the truck didn't seem to want to wander as bad as it usually does. I did notice however that when you brake hard it wants to pull one way or the other. Pretty easy to correct for but a bit of a surprise the first time it happened.

Well after weeks I finally finished F ing about with my winch and got it installed. Beings that I can't leave well enough alone I completely disassembled, re greased, and waterproofed it as well as waterproofing and adding a breather to the control box. I would love to have the offset Warn fairlead but didn't want to spend the $$$ so I just ground and re drilled the HF fairlead that came with the winch. Went out and spooled the wire earlier.

Question on the waterproofing of the HF winch. Do you advise that we all do this, or did you think that from the factory it had a decent seal?

As per the factory manual, " do not submerge your winch under water, if you do it must be taken to a qualified technician to be taken apart, dried, re lubricated and assembled " . So my thought would be no, the seals I saw in there left a lot to be desired. Only time will tell though if this is going to work.

what did you use? silicone sealer?

Oh, and I saw your question on Monsaliner. Be sure to read the thread in paint.
