SOLD - 1972 FJ40 Land Cruiser. Runs very well and has 52,400 documented miles. It has a production date of June 1972. Everything works!

Exterior: The body tub is solid. Pass side rear quarter showing small are of rust. Front and rear floor pans, rear sill, and quarter panels except as noted are solid. Frame is very good condition. The body was painted the original red color in the 90's because of fading. It comes with a complete hardtop as shown and reportedly has never been off. Original factory Dunlop spare tire and wheel. New factory emblems, new factory wheels and hub caps,

Interior: Factory seats are good condition and have been recovered. New headliner, top seals, window felts, door weatherstripping. Dash controls, gauges, lights, both heaters are present and working. The speedometer and odometer both work and I have an affidavit from original owner stating miles are true and correct.

Mechanical: Cruiser has the original F engine with a 3-speed manual transmission on floor. Steers good, shifts smooth. She's has had disc brakes added to the front end improvement over the original drums and brakes work well. Wheel bearings packed, spring bushings replaced, new battery, new exhaust system, front end alignment, tune up, new water pump & belts. Carburetor is a Holly 2 barrel. Engine fires right up and runs smooth. Factory decals are still present on valve cover, etc.

History: This FJ40 spent it's entire life on a small ranch in the South, stored in barn carport when not in use. It was used on a ranch. The paint was buffed out to a respectable shine. This is a great driver you can enjoy and take to the next level if you like.

Price : $23,900
