I did an LS Swap into my FJ62 back in 2016, and we went through the decision tree on what pump/filter/FPR/etc. to use. I wanted to go full Aeromotive but my brother talked me into the simplest, best route (in my opinion) that few others seem to be using.
We swapped a GM (Delco) EP378 pump for the factory fuel pump; perfect fit in the factory bracket, no mods required. In-tank solution and quiet as a mouse. Runs 58psi at the rail, running through a Wix Corvette filter (with return to the factory tank using factory return lines) on the frame.
After nearly 8 years, it finally gave out last month (fairly common for the GM fuel pumps). I dropped the tank (not fun on a 62) in the driveway and swapped it out for the same thing. Buttoned back up and turned over on the first try, no issues.
