Package deal $1350 for tires and powder coating. Clean with a sponge very easy.looks great! How much did you have to pay for the powder coat? Can you clean them like you could when they were silver or do you have to treat them differently?
Folks,
I have "searched" until I'm too tired to look anymore for this. Most pictures I see are after modifications are done. I'm looking to put either the BFG KO2's or Michelin LTX A/T 2 on my 200 series, with no leveling kit or spacers. Not leveling this time around because I want the ride to feel as comfortable as I can get to stock tires but with a slightly more aggressive look. I had a leveling kit and 285/65/18 on previous 200 and the ride difference was considerably rougher. I'd maybe consider 275/70/18 but afraid will fill up the wheel well too much. I am keeping stock wheels on. I know this has been beaten to death, but I just can't seem to find pictures of what I'm looking for. Thanks for anyone's help.
Wondering the same thing....Silly question, but does the OEM spacer induce a tougher ride?
Wondering the same thing....
I decided to stick w stock size of 280/60/18 instead of going with 275/65/18 - BFG KO2’s. I want to keep it stock. No lift or spacers.
Right tire is the stock on 2013LC 280/60/18.
Older post - but just wanted to thank you for this helpful info and photo.I decided to stick w stock size of 280/60/18 instead of going with 275/65/18 - BFG KO2’s. I want to keep it stock. No lift or spacers.
Right tire is the stock on 2013LC 280/60/18.
Left is 275/65/18 which is nearly 1/2 more narrow. About 2” less rubber on the ground. Different tread patterns but gives you an idea. Nearly same diameter.
BFG’s in stock size come in Load D 8 ply 2910 load. No E load. Which might be a more harsh ride. Anyhow,
should make a good tug vehicle.
