I am also getting samples sent to me from Lseat.com. At this point I doubt I'll be able to match the original leather and I don't need to do anything other than the 2 front seats as the center and rear rows are almost perfect. We'll have to see what they send. Also for the price I'm concerned about the quality of the leather.

Stock bottom seat foam is available. Im sure a n auto upholstery shop could also make something if you were having covers installed rather than diy.

Lseat is sending me color swatches. I am also talking with them about generating the LX450 3rd row pattern. I'm ready to do this as soon as I verify colors.

just be careful on whom you go with as far as leather goes, they all might be 100% pure leather but I have seen very different thickness of materials used. The metric tlc stuff is nice and thick and can be poked, pulled on when installed, etc without issues.

Thanks 1973Guppie. (big fan - your threads got me through rebuilding axles on the 40) I plan on taking the samples that I get from them to a local shop to see if they give me an idea of quality.

Yes. The pattern pleats are different. As are the foam pads.

Is there any difference in the 1993 seats and the 95-97?

Yes.

1993 seats have more leather panels in them than the later versions. The later ones are leather on the face only. The pattern is the same however and interchangeable EXCEPT for LX450, as mentioned above.

I placed an order with lseats.com about a week ago. I went through Amazon so I got free shipping. They sent me the same samples. After a few days of staring at samples and comparing in different lights I decided on the Bisque with perforated center section in the Dark beige. The console cover is also included in Bisque. The total was $299 + $30 for the perforated center section.

As soon as I get them in ill get some pictures posted.
