Wanted Looking for a project FJ40. 75-79 preferred, but not necessary. (CO)

I'm looking for a possible project vehicle. Looking mainly for a body and a frame to build a linked offroader with, as I have axles and will be doing an engine/tranny swap. I'd prefer if there is not a ton of rust, I'd really like to not have to do a tub swap or a ton of panel replacement. Something like this (For Sale - 1976 FJ40 project) would be really great. A price between $0(ha)-$5000 would be nice.

This is a lot earlier but a pretty good price. Tub is pretty clean but it does still need some repair. Doesn't mention title so not sure about that.
