I would like to replace the whole assembly not just the motor. I’m have a heck of time identifying the correct part. Is the LF and LR the same assembly? Any advice or guidance would be appreciated

What model/year 80 series?
If you go with aftermarket there are options where you get the motor and regulator together, but also side specific.

The OEM Toyota left rear window lift motor (without the regulator) for 1996-1/1998 FZJ80 models appears to be 85720-60080, the earlier part number, 85720-60020, appears to be discontinued. Not sure if the later part number will fit the 91-95 models. Wait for someone else to chime in to confirm.
