So I noticed a very small drip from my heater valve today see pic below.. This is a four seasons replacement I swapped out after my original one crumbled away.. I thought it was a strange place for this valve to leak. I tried tightening up the screw as tight as it would go and no help. Anyone ever seen this? Any way to fix it besides buying a new one? The OEM version is pretty expensive. I did call Oriley's where I bought it from and they said it was only covered under warranty for 1 year.. Bummer..
Thanks..

Buy an OEM one and you’ll be set. I installed one recently and it’ll be fine until it turns brown in 20 years.

Just like the others said, buy OEM from partsouq and be done with it. I just did mine. Took about 5 days to get here.

I went to the local Advanced Auto and bought another four seasons one.. I wish I had the extra money for OEM, but this is my daily driver and I needed something quick.. Lots of people on this forum seem to have good luck with the four season valves.. Hopefully I'll get longer than two years out of this one..

Yea or just pull it off, connect the hoses with a straight connector, order an OEM from wits end, throw that in a few days later and not have to worry about it for 15 years.

I put in an OEM about a year and a half ago. I just replaced it with a cheapo version three weeks ago after it leaked in the same spot as yours. I'm keeping my fingers crossed on this one.

...No o-ring under the screw and arm assembly unfortunately. I assume there is an o-ring inside the assembly but there is no way to service it unless you cut open the housing. I tried to shim the arm to no avail. Replacement is the only option.

I have bought several from Rock auto and had no problems with them
