LC100, FJ80, and now FJ55 Cargo Drawer Frames

Im back at it for the month of August. Thanks to many users I have dimensions for three trucks.

FJ55- Frame only 120$ (i do not have stencils for this truck)
Fj80- Frame + Stencils 135$
LC100- Frame + Stencils 135$

The frames come with card board stencils so you just cut the wood to the stencils, Carpet the pieces and drill to the frame.

I can build these all the way for more money of course. In many cases I built just the drawers and the frame ect...

I ship these through grey hound. I will link two threads with final products.

Shipping through Grey Hound it seem like the shipping cost does not change much. It is about 60 bucks give or take depending where you are. California has been the most expensive at 67 dollars. Shipping calculator says 65 dollars to Maryland.

Alright guys and gals. I have had a crazy two months of events. I have been MIA because I just had my first kid and its been sucking all my time down like no other.

I have been getting my email and pms pummeled and have not been responding on here. I will be taking orders again after I get nathans Drawer Build out and shipped. After his build i will be caught up with all work and will be at it again for a couple of weeks. I anticipate to be caught up and shipped out by tuesday the 26th. Text is the best way to get to me. Then email. Then pm after that.

As for the fj60 guys that want drawers. I need one person to take some measurements and then i can begin to produce for that model also.

Arnaldo, do you make half drawer frames? I sometimes use that third row to haul kids to scout camp and it would be cool to keep one side.

I haven't made a half frame yet but i would if there is a demand. The price would be almost the same though. It takes just as much welding and the difference in material cost is negligible.

For those of us that have made the purchase already, can you make a recommendation on what type (and thickness) plywood we should be using??

Also, on the 80 series frame, does it have the "wings" to hold up the side panels? I don't see wings on the pictures for the 80 series frames.
