Looks to have a RTI score of around 628
That's a pretty good score! Only a handful of factory vehicles have more flex. Here's Dan Edmund's leaderboard (probaby not fully up to date).

Is the video posted already? Or do you have really good eyes?
From the picture posted, you can see the blue tape is right where the support tube is on the ramp. Looking at the LC200 HE vid, from this screen grab, you can get a pretty good estimate. Looks like the 250 goes up the ramp 4" less.

LC200 went up the ramp 74.2" 74.2/112.2=~.661 .661x1000 = RTI of 661
LC250 went up the ramp 70.2" 70.2/112.2=~.625 .625x1000 = RTI of 625

Musings - bear with me…

• the GX470 was simply a reskin of the global 120 series Prado
• the GX460 was simply a reskin of the global 150 series Prado
• the new global 250 series Prado now takes the slot of USDM LC

… does this, then, make the GX550 the first, true, designed-from-ground-up Lexus GX?

Didn’t the 470/460 have some different bits from their Prado siblings over seas? Things like engine, trans, rear diff? I’m asking because I genuinely don’t know…

I would say the new 550 is again, a Prado in a Lexus suit and tie.

This. We used to get the suit and tie Prado in 'Merica.... now we are getting THE Prado, and the Suited and tied Prado, aka GX550 !

Yes, GX led design on this one based on all the new popularity around the platform.

Drove a premium today and this is the OT pictured, my + should arrive around June 1. It’s a great platform. People just need to get out of their own way, everyone hated the 80, 100, 200 at their release times too. In 10 yrs people will be snatching these up just like every other cruiser.

The 550 front looks fine. I think the worst face of the batch was the 80 series

Drove the GX550 OT+ home about 250 miles this morning. Car drove nice - definitely can tell its a frame car and springs, but it still rides nice enough. Stereo is pretty good!

About $83k for it all loaded up. I like it so far!

Congrats, does yours have the ML audio? Are the massaging seats legit or gimmick? I’m targeting an OT+ and have been able to sit and play with and really liked the additional of the power thigh support. Our RX , while comfortable, falls short on the thigh support on 500-mile days.

Did you opt for an extended warranty?

If so, anyone have a lead on who has the best pricing for a extended factory warranty?

Im sure its the angles playing tricks here combined with the accessories on the GX460 but this pic makes the 550 look smaller than the 460.
