I got the quote for these and there will be a design change. That change will be to go with solid rod instead of DOM. It saves money so why not.

I'll have the out the door cost shortly and that will include new OEM bushings pressed in.

nice

I was referring to uppers. I have mangled, repaired, reinforced tons of lowers, haven't seen an upper mangled,,, yet.:hillbilly:

I have never seen uppers twisted either. Getting ready to change out my lower bushings and sleeving them with some DOM.

Going to be running a rear shock with extended length of 32", so it's a proactive measure. I can't say for certain that the links won't bind long before full droop is achieved, but need to replace bushings, and figured I'd swap the link to. Like continuity, appreciate the strength of the LandTank lower links, and threads a culmination of the request.

On a similarly linked Toyota rear, with long(er) travel shocks, I bent claimed unbendable links, and not at a Heim, so attempting to minimize replication.

Poop pipe works well, IIRC, 1.5"?

Considering Slee's adjustables are $460, I'm in especially since I am getting OEM bushings. See you next pay period. I just bought an H55 and transfer for my DD 60. Even though I JUST had both the 4spd and transfer rebuild less than 5k ago. I need the 5th spd for my 50 mile commute :boo:

any pics of what we are talking about? are these setup to be run with a 4 inch lift? sorry but I am a bit confused here. I plan to go to a 4 inch lift here soon. Would these work well with the OME J springs and the landtank lower control arms and L OME shocks.

I already have swaybar drops, longer brake lines and landtank heavy duty swaybar brackets.

My guess is they are identical in length to OEM. Just solid stock and already pressed with OEM rubber.

Edited: Joey beat me to it.

They're OE length so, in conjunction with the extended length landtank lowers that correct pinion angle based on a 4" lift, they'll work, since the lowers are lengthened based on an OE length upper.

They're an HD upper link with new bushings.

To correct pinion angle, one or the other ( upper or lower ) has to be lengthened when lifting.

Rick's lowers are ~3/4" longer and non-adjustable (or pre adjusted) and correct said angle, based on 4" lifted rear, and OE length upper.

This maintains the parallel faces of the TC and diff output flanges, so the OE driveshaft can be maintained and minimize driveline vibrations.

Noah,

If you have Rick's lower links, they'll work fine (according to the Muddinistas) with the OE upper links already on your rig.

These are a beefier version of an OE upper link, is the extent of it.

We need to agree on an end date for getting in on these arms.

I'll need people to pay up front for the arms and then the shipping costs when they are ready to go out.

I can combine orders if that would save some money and logistically work on your end.
