I am planning to put 295/70/18, which KDSS relocation kit you recommend? Trail tailor is out of stock, any other retailer have them or someone here looking to sell them?

I have 2” in the front (OME 2702) and 0.75” in the back.

I am using 0.75” spacers all around.

Keep in mind Trail Tailor is closed until Jan, so if you look on the site, everything appears out of stock whether it is or not.

I ran the same tire size on +25 wheel with the Slee and it was perfect. I've since moved to 285/75/18.

Which 285/75/18 are your running now? Do you still have the KDSS relocation bracket?
I am running Toyo MTs. Yes, I am still running the relocation bracket because the 285/75/18s are taller than the 295/70/18s I had.

295/70/18 on the left 285/75/18 on the right. Both are mounted.

285/75/18 looks nicer :)

With the lift I have and the spacer is there any way to get away without the KDSS relocation kit? Or is it a must?

In can't see it working without one.

Take a look at this thread, and I think it will answer that question for you. The short answer is no they will definitely not fit because of the KDSS:

I'm surprised no one has made a reshaped arm like Reid Racing makes custom steering arms for Dana axles . I have made a few custom arms for straight axle crossover steering setups . Anyone ever modified a stock arm ?

I think @TRAIL TAILOR was working on some end links which were longer, if you browse through Jason's thread. I'm not sure if they'd resolve the issue with how the bushings get tweaked, but I'd like to think so.

I am contemplating the spacers and thinking to not to go 35”. How Will the longer ones help? Won’t they put more stress?

I am not sure. Best bet is to contact Jason. He's a guru on this stuff IMO
