Done!

Does the club send out any sort of renew notice when it's about to expire? I forgot all about renewing.
I've emailed you three times.

Sorry bud, I just don't see it. The only emails i see with ONSC/Renew/Membership keywords in my email history are from John C about my my initial enrollment in 8/2016. PM me the email you sent it to as well as where you sent it from and I'll see if maybe it got shuffled into the spam folder or something weird. Just want to make sure I don't miss any future stuff from you.

Using the trip as an excuse for new gear, going to try out some hammock camping for this trip!

Nice! I've been considering building a set of these. I have a custom long hammock that probably wouldn't fit between the ENO poles.

As far as equipment, gear, etc., those attending will coordinate so we don't have more than 2 of most things (campstoves, etc) and yet ensure we have firewood, tarps, rope, saws, shovels, potable water, etc

Were we still planning to start up the discussion of a pack-list for next weekend?

Got a stove and trash bags 2 dozen eggs pre scrambled

I got the meats. Carnitas, chicken and stake or option. We need the fillings beans, rice, cilantro peper onion, i think they sell tortillas. I can make the guacamole.

Are we doing breakfast together or separate?

Guys what can I bring/contribute? I need to shop today/tomorrow before I go MIA until late thurs night.

Coffee looks like that’s a need. I can buy and grind beans, and I have a French press. Not camping grade but should work.

Any other gaps I can fill? Sandwiches or snacks etc? Bacon/sausage?

Ok the gaps have crystallized and here’s what I’ll go get to hopefully fill the remaining holes:

fri night
- shredded cheese for Friday night

Sat am:
- coffee beans and French press (byo-mug)
Sat pm:
- buns (12 hot dog and 12 hamburgers??)

Sunday am:
- ground coffee
-breakfast meat(bacon/sausage)
- eggs

Hit me up if anything else I’m MIA wed until Friday am

Do the Charlotte folks want to meet up somewhere along the way and caravan to Sierra Nevada? If so, post up a place and time. Nathan and I will see you there.

What about meeting at the 7-11 on Billy Graham (near the airport). There is a McDonalds & Bojangles close. We can then jump on 85 and head to Asheville. It's 2 hours to the brewery. Meet up at 9:15? Gives us a time for road issues or to tour the brewery before lunch.
