EBC rotors with new OEM wheel studs

I’ll add the new calipers and EBC pads tomorrow then move over to the passenger side. JTU had rebuilt these knuckles and POR15’ed all the parts so all I had to do was clean grease off and do some touch up painting. That really sped up the process nicely

Could not put these dirty ass wheels and tires back on that perfect front axle

JTU had recently had the driveshafts Redone. I repainted and greased and installed the front. Had to notch the crossmember to let it have full droop with these Dobinsons heavies
Engine got 7.5 q of this zinc laden goodness

I have managed to bleed in almost a quart of Swepco into the new 105 box and OEM pump

Took a lunch break so I can let what’s maybe leaking show it’s ugly face.

You exhaust out the rear, not behind the driver's rear tire?

That exhaust is art.

It’s going out behind the rear just behind the shackle.

Punched out a few things.

Bled brakes. Bled clutch. Added rear driveshaft.

I’m about to start in on the interior. This is a total s*** job but it’s such a gamechanger when it’s finished

Still very thankful @dnp went through all the R&D to have these carpets made

Went to get the Trail Tailor bezel and tried to match the color with the fuse box color (that has faded lighter) and it’s wrong. Going back with the glove box door this time

Will have them do this Wits End fire ext mount too

Add two layers of Thermozite foil insulation or similar on the trans hump or it will bunch up and will be loose and wrinkle badly. We even steam the hump carpet after install and still too much material. RockAuto sells the ACC kits for less as well.

This will help with the tcase and TO bearing whine as well.

N,

1-Remove old panel
2-Remove upright supports
3- Install hinges to front of panel and door
4- Put thin backing plate behind panel
5- Install with supplied M6 hardware

Yeah. That first panel install was riddled with me doing things in the wrong order and getting ahead of myself. It took me more than an hour to figure it out.

Second one was about 30 minutes.

Very nice fit. Solid latching. It’s amazing how people’s brains work that can figure out how to buiid s*** like this for dopes like me to be able to install.

Make sure you have the proper hex bits for your drill or ratchet. It would add an hour doing all this with manual tools.
