JIS truss head bolts

Can anyone point me to a supplier for the JIS truss head bolts located in the bed of my 1965 fj45 lpb? They are the ones located around the wheel wells and in other points on the floor of the bed. I have some JIS flanged hex head bolts that would work but the head sits up high enough to gouge things slid into the bed.

McMaster Carr has metric truss head screws. Not JIS, but that's going to be a tall order outside of Japan.

really doesn't need to be metric, if you find a standard size that will work, I'd go that route.

Anyone have rubber washers on some of the bolts around the wheel wells? Not sure if they are original. Found some rubber fender washers that might work. The truss head bolts are M8 x 16mm phillips. Struck out on JIS.
