whats the deal with factory early seat belts?

I'm pretty sure it's not "legal" but on the rare occasion my wife would ride with me in the 40 while pregnant i had to put a chain between the belt and the hook on the frame to extend it about 12 inches.

this was between 6-7 months.
 
looks great, where did you find a headache rack? Ive been trying to source an oe one for dads 45.

Is that thing ready for a 2400 mile trip? It had better be. I'm not wrenching on it while driving down the road.

it will be ready as soon as you come down and help me do a front and rear axle rebuild :flipoff2:

pops and I are taking this sunday off from working on the LV to work out the linkage for the dual carbs then it should be running and driving :beer:
 
If you connect hoses from both axles, the trans and transfer case and motor into the cab I can just pour the oil in while we drive. Sure would make things easier.

John, they could buy your SPOT and we could relay to the authorities when and where help is needed.
 
you need a 20' rope and a skate board, cause at some point the 2 of you are going to try and kill eachother....but witht the above supplies you can tag along and distant yourselves from eachother for a lil while

I had to come visit after seeing it inside the garage build posting. Nice work. There is a whole lot of good steel on that rig.
