Is This From The FJ40 Tool Pouch? (1 Viewer)

Going thru what is remaining in the tool pouch, I found this plastic bit.

Is it anything to do with the original tool pouch or did the previous owner put it in?
The treads do not match the grease gun, there is a small hole at the opposite end of the threads.
