78 FJ40 what is this

I new to the FJ40 world and was cleaning up wire in the dash and found this. Can anyone help me with what it is?

Doesn't look like anything stock I have seen. Give that label a good wipe and see if that gives some more information. Given the other attached cables, it almost looks like something for a CB radio device or the likes.

Flux capacitor, put it back where you found it!

Maybe some sort of aftermarket radio filter; electronic interference suppressor.

Two coax cables, and a spring loaded inline fuse wire.

Car radio antenna booster.

While I wish it was a flux capacitor, I’ll have to go with 73FJ40. Thanks everyone for your assistance.
