2019 LX 570 with 24,000 miles.

I have experienced this more than 5 times in the last year alone where I'll come to a red light, come to a compete stop, with my foot on the brake the rear end of my truck will drop. There is no indication on any dash. I know for a fact it's dropping because feel the movement, and I can see the change in my eye level with my hood. It's very strange.

Is this common? Is it a symptom of a bigger problem? I need to go in for service, so I'll probably ask them to take a look.

normal 👍

Like others have said, that's normal. I've noticed it many times. On my '14 there's a button next to the shifter that allows you to turn off AHC self-levelling; use that if it bothers you.

Ok, thanks. I'll have a look; it doesn't bother me so much as I wanted to be sure it wasn't an issue.
2 seconds is nice and normal, which makes sense given that mileage.

Once you put many, many more miles on that AHC fluid, the drops can become more abrupt. Like, 0.2 seconds. My sudden droops went away once I flushed and filled with new fluid.
Ahh, nice to know. Thanks.
