Is a 1965 FJ45 Radiator the same size as FJ40? If the same size I will just order a new one. If not I will try to have this one boiled and cleaned

Yes.
 
Swapped them. Some rads are 3 core others 4. Newer are sometimes higher density which have more fins. I’ve been told a high density 3 core will match cooling capacity of a 4 core.
 
you'll find the new one half the weight of your old one
if your old one had the emblem on the top tank I'd keep it but it doesn't look like it is there

From what I've seen the overflow pipe points forward on the old emblem radiators compared to the RHS exit on later ones.
