Nice looking bumper man. Is there much space (gap) between the front quarter panel and the lip of the bumper (where they meet on the side by the tire)?
you keep these in stock?
thanks for sharing

It's close, maybe a little bit more than 1/8 of an inch, but that depends on how close to the body you install the bumper, in the frame assembly there is a gap in each hole so the bumper can be moved closer or farther and up and down so the bumper can be perfectly center on the LC200. I only have one in stock right now, but can build more in the shop right now.

We also did this custom mounts for a LED light bar for the LC200

More info please. This is for use with OEM bumper cover?

Do you cut out stock insert?

Last question - does this work on 2008 - 2011 models?

Yes this is for use with the OEM bumper, we just took the black insert out and did two small cuts ( 1/2" diameter ) inside the bumper to fit the light bar inside ( this was a 41.5" LED bar ). This brackets will work on your LC200.

No offense, but I'd never place it there out of respect for Toyota's LC engineering team. That's A LOT of air flow you're blocking.
This was installed 6 weeks ago on a TRD supercharged 2013 LC200 that is driving in South Florida ( close to 100 F ) without any overheating or trouble at all.

Been busy lately at the shop and haven't found time to post the pictures of the bumper in a friend LC200, but here at some of the pics while we installed the bumper:
This is the frame assembly that attach the bumper to the frame

How do you mount the winch, to the bumper itself instead of the mounting plate?

That Proline bumper is glorious!! Can you paint to match (silver)? I still like the tubular guards like on the ARB or TJM products, but the Proline bumper has some great lines and I like how it matches up to the sheet metal fenders. Nice job!

I like the lines on the proline, but I have always been a fan of the tubular headlight/grill protectors of the arb and the tjm. Something like this bumper with the addition on the tubes would probably rule all in the aftermarket bumper category.

The ones with LED lights in lieu of the standard fog lights do the LED's work good in foggy conditions?

Has the price of the proline been posted yet? Is it closer to the TJM or the ARB in cost?

Edit: Nevermind, I found it. $1100.

I am going to bump this thread, because I am in the same boat as the OP.

1. I really really like the TJM, but it looks like they are unobtainable right now, due to "restructuring".
2. The Ironman 4x4 Deluxe Commercial Bull Bar looks better than the ARB, but requires you to sacrifice the OEM bumper. (I'm not sure I want to do that!)
3. I like the lines of the Proline, but I really want the headlight and grill guard bars that the other bumpers have. If proline made one with them, I might be sold.
4. If I had a fairy godmother or magic genie, I think I would just try to get an OEM 200 steel bull bar directly from Toyota. yes, you have to cut the bumper too, but I think I could look past that if I was installing an OEM bumper. Unfortunately, after contacting multiple exporters, it seems that Toyota doesn't want these things floating around the U.S. I really wish I knew a way to get my hands on one. Does anybody have any ideas?

Folks down in Australia have been having terrible problems with the OEM 200 steel bull bar from Toyota. It's universally panned down there, so I would stay away.

I had no idea they were frowned upon. Doesn't really matter anyway--there's no way I will ever have one. I am continuing my quest for a TJM. I wonder how long this "restructuring" is going to take???
