Weight of bumper is 89 pounds and the frame base is close to 11 pounds for a total weight of 100 lbsWhat is the weight of the bumper?
We currently don't make the rear bumper for the 200, but if you can bring your truck to our shops we can custom made the bumper for your 200 hereDo you make a rear for the 200? Love my ARB, but actually like the looks of yours more. Searching for a rear now… if you make anything that looks as good as that front, I might be interested.
For the parking sensor we can drill the holes to mount your original parking sensors, the skid plate remain in the stock location with a gap of 1" to the front bumper, the head light washer can't be use with this bumper as it is right now. If you really want to keep the head light washer we are going to have a 200 in the shop in two week and we should be able to modify the bumper to install the head light washers. For the side view picture i don't have any one here.Few other questions I have. Parking sensors, skid plate and head light washer. How did you accommodate these things? Any gaps between the bumper and front skid plate? Can you post a picture with the side view of LC200?
Those are more like a very sturdy side steps, they are made from A36 steel and goes attach to the 200 in the stock location of the oem side steps using the same bolts ( no drill or weld, very easy installation ), here are a few pictures from a FJ cruiser side steps, almost the same just a little short
Typically sliders have steel beams that connect directly to the frame. The intention is to be able to withstand the weight if the truck landing on trail obstacles. By your pictures it appears that your offering bolts to the existing step mounting location. I do not believe this arrangement is intended for more abuse than your common overweight american.
Please advise if this is not the case.
