No go drive it and post pics.
Here you go Josh.
We left a cold and rainy Cape Town heading for a somewhat surprisingly late but sudden bout of snowfall - you boys will not understand but snow is somewhat of a rarety in South Africa
Our first night stopover was at the Tankwa Tented Camp at Stonhenge where the infamous Afrika Burn festival is held. Next morning we had to flee the clutches of the mummy ...
Our second night was at the Kagga Kamma Game reserve
which is known for it's Bushman people, wild life(including Leopard) and wonderfull rock formations
My co-pilot and camera lady. She was also the one who escorted me all those years ago when we went to collect Olive at the shipping docks ...
We found a spot that left us completely protected from all sides - Olive kept guard at the singly Entry/Exit point
The next day on our way to the Cedarberg we found even more snow ....
with a few deep river crossings ...
Some veld-flowers in bloom in the Biedouwvalley
a soldier's head
and some dangly bits at our campsite.
On a technical note

the LRT functioned as intended but I will still try to locate an OEM FJ 40 fuel pickup/return fitting.Fuel consumption ranged between 7.3 and 8.1 km/L.
