Ignition Shaft May Be Broken, Need to Hotwire the LX

Yesterday I tried to start the truck and the key wouldn't turn one bit, turning the steering wheel only engaged its lock. I tried two keys (a master and a valet), and neither could turn the lock cylinder.

My pressing problem is that I need to move the vehicle in 3 hours due to parking regulation today. What's the best way to hotwire and get the car to move? Many thanks!

I think I put myself in a harder predicament by engaging the steering lock, otherwise this procedure should've been adequate:

try turning the steering wheel side to side while you try to turn the key
