I need a downey off road clutch,800lb lock ?

Hey guys,I am new here. I need to replace my clutch again.

I have a 94 toyota extra cab 4x4 v6 3.0

I used to get the downey off road clutch and the extra heavy flywheel.

The flywheel is fine but the clutch is not.

I believe CLUTCHMASTERS in Rialtio Ca. is the one who made the clutch for DOWNEY, Correct ?

The old housing was orange in color and the "grab and holding pressure was 800 lbs. on both ?

That clutch was bullet proof

The question is is the Clutchmaster clutch 200 series the replacement for the old downey clutch ?

Can someone out there who knows the Downey stuff post the answer here ?

The 90 series Land Cruiser nomenclature refers to model designation, not production years. I am moving this thread to the 79-95 Toyota Truck Tech forum, the guys there might be able to better help you get the answers you need.

Downey went out of business. Try the LC Engineering Pro-street clutch. I think it's rated a lot higher than 800 ft-lb. (Like maybe 2x.)
