Thanks for the tip. I figured for the $230 savings, I'd give it a shot. I'll probably look for some stainless mesh to put in it to help knock down the bubbles.

You could lower the port for the return line too. I’m no doctor, but I think it should be fine. I couldn’t stomach the cost of the PSC resi either so I welded two 80 series resis together

I've got plans for this.

Psc says they use 35 micron in theirs. This isn't quite that fine, but im gonna double it up and make a wafer type thing.

I doubled it and folded the edges over themselves in a circle. I have it in the reservoir now, and it goes all the way to the sides. Doesnt move when I shake it, but im trying to find a nice fat 3" oring to put in there to help keep it from moving. Probably not needed, but im gonna look around some at work. Closest I found here was a seal from an oil filter, but its about a quarter inch too small.

Here's the final hose layout. I like it much better than the previous one on the firewall. Better access to the left side of the engine. And its much easier to see and access the reservoir.

As far as function, it's great. Just what we hoped for. I was crawling around on some blocks ive got, checking clearances and double checking my measurements for my rear bump stops.

I would love to. I'll mention it to dad. Our reservations at the Arena start Monday night. We're planning on leaving ohio on Friday. I could shoot for real early Friday. Optimistically get to moab or sand hollow late Saturday.

Oh, just checked milage. About 300 more from here to St George, then almost 5 hours back to moab.

Long shot, but maybe. Might rather put those 10hrs into time at moab
