How to identify 2006 and 2007 LX470

Are there any visible exterior identifiers that distinguish a 2006 and 2007 from other year LX 470?

Visually... grille, tail lights, wheels, some other things.

Grille has evenly spaced bars, taillights are LED, and wheels are different than earlier models.

Slees link doesn't appear to show any differences between the 06 and 07 LX? In fact Slee doesn't even have the 07' LX listed.

As far as I know there weren't any changes between the 06 and 07 LX.

The grill does appear to be a quick and easy way to distinguish an 06/07 from other years.
