I know that there have been previous threads on fuel pump replacement but I'm running into issues that I cannot find a solution for. My 07 has a stock fuel pump that has a stem which slides into the rubber tube which is then clamped down. On a previous thread people recommended a denso 950-0210 for the 06/07s with VVTI. The only problem is that pump has no stem. How on earth did other people install it?? I included screenshots of the recommended fuel pump and what my whole assembly looks like when I pull it out. Thank you in advance!

I went to the Denso website, and they no longer make a compatible fuel pump for the 06/07 (and likely the others, but I didn't check). I used a Delphi, and it has worked well.

Yeah I ordered a delphi also but the electrical connection is all wrong and I didn't want to splice it. Others on here suggested to go with The Denso 950-0210 but it doesn't have a stem coming out of it and I'm wondering how the he'll that worked

I used the Delphi FE0402, although it was in my 2000 and it was plug and play. I see on Partsouq the 07 pump does look different, yet Rockauto shows the same Delphi number.
