Topic says it all... how do you clean the dang gas filter? shoot air through the three ports? Sea Foam? Carb cleaner?
Do you need to remove the thing or can you just shoot some stuff down into it?

PAFJ said:I just took it apart, seperated the filters and shot some air in the casing and through the filters to get the dirt out. I don't know if this is the recommended method, but seemed to work fine.
chitown40 said:Are you referring to thge fuel filter or the gas filter that is screwed intot he top of the intake manifold. If you mean the fuel filter, it is a disposable/replaceable part. If you mean the gas filter, which is a three port filter screwed into the top of the intake, just make sure air can pass through it freely and it'll be fine. You really don't need to clean it.
