Looking good! I can see how it took a bit of work to get it sorted past the tire and shock. Thanks for the pics, they really help to show what you did. You must be happy to get this project finished to see the end results. I notice you are running the Cooper Discoverer ST Maxx. I am currently looking for new tires and am down to 3 choices: Toyo M55, Cooper ST Maxx, Cooper ST. How have you liked the ST Maxx? I am going to run a 255/85R16 size.

Cheers,
Cody

I got a 61 and a 62 both with 3bs
good work 3 inch is a tight fit, but my wife says its all about the girth
you sure that exaust is not going to rub on the shock

Thanks, I am going to order up all the pipe, bends, and brackets today. I am lucky I have a shop close by and will have it tomorrow. Here is a pic of my truck the exhaust is going into.

Thanks mate

Yep very happy, just as a side note I wired up my pyro (EGT) and boost gauge today and tested it at 60mph it was 300 degrees Celsius and running at 10psi.

I find the Coopers very nice, but I picked them up second hand, they are quiet but I haven't tried them off road yet. I have just put Kunho KL71 mud tyres on my 200 series, they look good, super quiet and very impressed with them.

Yep the photo doesn't quite reflect the true angle, plenty of room, about a 2 inch girth to be exact:D

Vinny,
Man you do some really nice work! That is going to look great when all finished. I really like the lines, they compliment the truck.

I just caught up to this thread. I had Rob from up in Nanaimo build my 3" exhaust for my 12ht. It goes from stock manifold into 3" aluminized pipe, with proper muffler and then very tight under the rear corner and out through the bumper. I like the muffler, quieter is better for me. It's got one of those wire mesh anti vibration pieces in it up front. He did a really great job. He was at Radd at the time. Too expensive, but needed to be done. Next one, I do myself.
