That's great. Bad for the deer though, he's a legal buck in Texas![]()
)... I have a BIO front bumper which is heavier steel than the ARB's and also offers full bull bar type front protection work similar to ARB's... I specifically wanted bull bar protection for this reason even though I really like other minimalist style bumpers without the additional bar work... There are so many deer in my area I knew it was a matter of time before I took one out with the Cruiser... I'm confident if I didn't have the full bar protection I would have destroyed my updated front end, grille, headlights, hood, etc... This accident reassured me that I made the right decision when I was front bumper shopping many years ago... Still a very happy Bump It Offroad customer!
That deer committed suicide! He was probably tired of all his buddies teasing him about the size of his horns.
Ive seen yearling bucks with bigger horns than that. He would definitely have been a cull in central Texas.
BTW, really glad to see how the ARB held up. I just put one on my 80 series and have plans to put one on my 100.
Sorry for this but it's a pet peeve of mine. Deer have antlers not horns.
