I did the fronts awhile back and it does make a huge difference.
Very easy to install as outlined above. Only thing I did different was solder the factory plug direct to the speaker terminals without any extra wiring. Also a slightly different spacer.
If you want to replace all the speakers, you can find a subwoofer replacement at MCM electronics. I bought one ($11) and ended up not using it as my original subwoofer is still in good shape.
