Quick (hopefully) question for anyone who might know!
I'm in the process of upgrading my front door speakers. Previous owner stripped the four plastic screw grommets that hold the speaker to the door metal. I decided to get some new self-tapping screws that were just a tad larger to bite into the plastic. Well that worked, but turns out, they were a bit too long and came out of the back of the screw grommets.
It took me a million years to find the replacement part number so for anyone that needs it:

Front Door Speaker Plastic Screw Grommets (4x per side): 90189-06118

All in all, not a big deal, speaker is secured fine, everything works. But being a nutter, it bugs me. So now that I have the new grommets, I'm in the process of figuring out how to remove the old ones and put in the new ones.
I'm wondering, what seems to be the best way to take out the old ones, and then install the new ones? Is it a crush to fit situation, or adhesive needed? The old ones seem pretty jammed on there, and of course, little to no room to work them out from the back, since they're in that narrow space inside the door.
