Looking for mounting ideas for a hi lift on a 40. I searched the threads and came up with good ideas from 80 series, but no 40 ideas or pictures. Anyone have some pictures or ideas they can post? Thanks

A few pics of various places I've had mine mounted over the years. As far as options go, once you have a welder and some steel you can pretty much mount it where ever you want. I don't really know what's available commercially anymore.
search man theres about 5 threads i can think of that ask the same thing.

Must be a 'big' kid eh? I cram 3 big sized ones in mine.
Electrical conduit clamps work well for round tubes such as bullbars and roll cages. Mine is mounted in this fashion to the top of my bullbar. Nice and handy if you need it. You can see it in this location in my 1 pic photo album.
Here are some better pics. The clamps were dipped in Plasti-dip. They (clamps) were original vertical but tipped forward after some wheeling.
allen man, Do you drive around with that huge tire on your hood? That definately obstructs vision a lot more than what land rover designed with their pizza cutter tires mounted on the hood.

Hmm, yeah, my wife doesn't like it so much when I paint her and make her rotate the tires in the buff. She just doesn't understand how many more miles I'll get out of them...
