I have searched and read many threads, but they are all so old that most are out dated. It seems there are no longer any companies that produce the kaymar or confer mount that can be used to mount the hi lift onto the passenger side windshield frame and running board. Anybody willing to make one or know where i can get one?

My mounts were welded to my sliders, so they wouldn't necessarily be of much use to you, but I'd be happy to describe.
Base. Flat stock with a bolt welded threaded end up to go thru the base of the jack. Should prolly drill, cotter pin and wingnut that down, but it hasn't been an issue so far.
Windshield. I took a stock LC shackle plate, cut one extra plate in half and welded it at a right angle to the first. One end of the main plate fits over one of the windshield hinge screws; the cut portion of the second fits over the second hole.
Used the stock shackle pin as the stud for the jack bar. Cut stock poly bushings to fill in the gap with the amount of spacing it would take to have the jack straight up in the position. Used the other half of a stock shackle to lock the jack into the pin.
Total cost= two stock shackles left over from a lift kit install.

Here's how I mounted mine on the driver's side ... no reason it wouldn't work just as well on the passenger's side.
Some 2" square tube, a carriage bolt & wing nut mounted to the windshield hinge, and a couple of 1/4" round-head machine screws & spacers bolted to the running board to fit in the holes in the Hi-Lift base. Simple. Works.

Beautiful lc, love the color too. I contacted kaymar australia through email and am awaiting a response as to how much it will cost. Just wondering, does your passenger side door by any chance hit the jack when opening fully? Thanks, i appreciate your response.

when i saw this 1 + years ago i liked it so much i drilled the holes the next day, i still think that it is the best spot of a hi-lift. out of sight out of mind.

The passenger door doesn't hit the jack at all... The drivers side door (RHD) doesn't hit it either. Also, Kaymar does make them for either side.

My Hi-Lift is an old 48" I had taking up space in the basement. I think it turned out to be the right size to mount there. The 60" would stick up way too high.

In any of the above installations, are any of the small vent doors blocked by the jack?
BTW, as an alternative, I put mine on the front bumper.

Just an fyi, i contacted kaymar australia, and apparantly man-a-fre has them in stock, will give you guy a part number,
part numbers for the brackets are
KA 6090 for left hand side (drivers side)
KA 6091 for right hand side (passenger side)
