OK, I will try to find something out tomorrow. How many do you need?

Just 2. Thanks so much!
Don't thank me yet.........my search may not yield any results. However, if I can find a couple for you I will take a case of toilet paper in return :poop: :poop: :poop:

Hey, it's the thought that counts. I'm pretty sure it is a Toyota specific bearing, but who knows.

I guess I should add the bearings and seals that came out of the case:

Bearings:

NACHI 63/32R
Koyo 30307 (A/2) not sure which is the last part of the code
NACHI 6306 C3

Seals:

NOK AD2261G
NOK AD2651E
Koyo MHSA ID-45mm, OD-62mm, Thickness-9mm

And a :poop:ton of o-rings.

Can I ask how you are coming up with those dimensions? My bearing references are not listing any 34mm ID bearings except for one that is 34.925 which equates to an 1-3/8. Are you measuring the bearing or the mating shaft journal and housing bore?

Mating shaft and housing bore. The 1-3/8 is what the guys at the bearing shop came up with.

I can't imagine Toyota would have used imperial units for bearings. Let's see what my bearing rep says tomorrow. I will send him the picture and see what he can find with those specs.

They may honestly be the wrong bearings. It could have been rebuilt with whatever could be found.

Do you have anything that would fit it?

Of course, we can set up a complete rebuild kit for them with the bearings, seals, gaskets, etc. Give us a call at the shop and we can get you taken care of.

Edit: looks like that ship sailed and you found some parts. Carry on.

Well, my bearing supplier has given me this info:

Good morning Drake,

The closest option we are going to have is going to be a 35mm x 45mm x 30mm needle roller.

35x45x30 Needle Roller
QTY = 2
$49.52 EA; Stock TN

However, it sounds like Kurt @cruiseroutfit and @Living in the Past have you covered for what you need.

Yup, we have the OE replacement Koyo bearing part# TCB34006 @ Cruiser Outfitters - $18.50/each. We have the appropriate 34mm thrust washers that should be replaced in the case as well.

If marlin can't dig those up, I'll be getting them from you. I just dont want to have to pay the 20% restocking fee they have on a $200 kit. I probably should have called you first.

Thanks for looking Drake!

Probably a bit late to be asking this, but I haven’t seen the thread before just now. How tight is the input gear on the tailshaft of the transmission?

This is a VERY important question because that one gear is proprietary, meaning there is no PN to replace it. If it has cut itself, you are actually better off finding an original tcase to rebuild rather than throwing $$ at that one. It’s really kind of sad that Toyota could sell someone a ticket down a one way street with a non-rebuildable case, but that’s what they did.

Toyota lists two different TC input gears for the 34mm 1pc case. Neither work?

I'm not sure. I'll ask the shop that is rebuilding it.

The gears looked really good though.
