I believe it is all 2008-2015 us market landcruisers. 16+ cruisers got the auto-adjust rod. (Edit: incorrect. Apparently 13-15 only.)@bloc
which series, what year for the headlight adjustment knob?
Left side near the steering wheel heater and such. It’s a little up-down dial with numbers up to 5 as I remember. For my setup it’s usually about #2, but for open freeway I bump it down to 1.5 for a little extra range.@bloc thanks. BUT where is this simple hand turn knob at, i've looked about, so must be missing it...
Well crap. Maybe it only came in with the HIDs in 2013-15. Seems like it should be there since 08-11 will sag in the rear with load just the same. Perhaps it’s the halogens not having as sharp a beam cutoffnegative. not there on the 11.
Nice workLast e-mail exchange I had with TJM they said the parts were on a container ship set to land on US soil at the end of March. I got tired of waiting and felt bad blinding everyone driving at night so I ordered the Weber Redline part that @McC13LC mentioned above. My front is sitting slightly higher than planned right now so my rod required quite a bit of extending. I have it probably 80% of the way to full extension, though once I get a bumper on the front I'll probably need to pull it off and shorten it a bit. Feels nice not being an a-hole to everyone on the road again, thanks for the part number!

I think you need to start the truck from memory.Resurfacing this thread as I am trying to adjust my headlights on a 2018 200 with BP-51 and ~34s...
When I manually adjust the level sensor up/down, the headlights are unresponsive to changes in the sensor arm angle - the lights stay in the same position.
Is this indicative of housing adjusters that have been unthreaded, I wonder? Or does the ignition need to be "on" for the level sensor to work (I've only tried this with headlights on - but ignition off?)
Any guidance appreciated!
I'm crossing my fingers you are correct and gonna go test that out shortly!I think you need to start the truck from memory.
And, with the ignition on, the headlights are unresponsive to changes in the level sensor arm.I'm crossing my fingers you are correct and gonna go test that out shortly!
The quick way to test that is to try adjusting them and see whether they respond. Just research which direction causes them to unscrew and don't go that way. And, with the ignition on, the headlights are unresponsive to changes in the level sensor arm.
So, does this mean the manual adjusters on the housing were over-adjusted / un-threaded?
