Yep. Power steering, power brakes, air conditioning, AM/FM/CD/DVD, swivel and heated seats, power windows and door locks. Ya know, all that stuff necessary for a great day on the rocks.

We all know Jon is kidding about all the power stuff, but today's world is a sad state of affairs. The FJ40 was never meant to be a wussy vehicle. It is blasphemy to install all that crap on a vehicle that gained its reputation for being reliable because it was simple.

I vote no Power Steering, no nothing. Just man and machine the way God intended.

Kidding? Me? Naaaaa.

I consider power steering and power brakes to be safety items ... sort of like seat belts and a roll bar, two other items not found on 1969 FJ40's.
