I searched long and hard but didn't find anything. Has anyone used the crossmember below? It attaches to AA's adapter between the trans and T case. I have that adapter (NV4500/Orion behind SBC). Is that sufficient to support everything or do I need an additional crossmember for the T case? @orangefj45 , Georg, what do you recommend? By the way, trans and case arrived safely and look great! I'll give you a call later this week for a walk through.

AA crossmember

I don't have that crossmember in my setup; SBC, NV4500, 3 SPD transfer case. Adapter kit for conversion was Downey kit with rear support on the transfer case. I do remember reading a thread where Downey advised against multiple mounts. In other words, use a transfer case mount or a transmission mount but not both. In that vein, use the mount that attaches to the AA adapter and you should be good to go.

Talk to Georg, hanging a cast iron Orion off an aluminum adapter , not my 1st choice.
It's done all the time. I think AA and Novak only makes Aluminum adapters. Some GM bellhousings were aluminum.

yeah, I know , however the Toyota design was an aluminum case hanging off a cast iron trans, AA & Novak also make tcase mounts that support the tcase when hung off those adapters ? Depends on intended use I guess.

I'm not familiar with the AA crossmember that's linked, but I seen folks make something similar. Use one crossmember, either one or the other, but not both. There's no way to evenly support the driveline with multiple crossmembers. I run a SBC, SM420 and a Dana 20 tcase. My cross member is under the aluminum adapter between the trans and tcase.

Believe the reason for not using both is to account for frame flex on hard off road wheeling.

Believe unless I'm mistaken the AA aluminium adapters do not hang vertical but bolt on the bottom to a steel crossmember. 8/80 Toyota decided a crossmember motor was better than a vertical mount to the bellhousing. BJ4X always used a crossmember. Vertical mount bolt have support the weight as well as torque. Bottom mount just the torque. Remove the bolts and both styles and see what happens.
