I will have pics TODAY...good luck beating that deadline :P

She is on and able to be released to the public:

- Steel quarters, yes, that is all steel up to the white
- Hitch still needs to be added
- Tire carrier needs to be added
- Integrated LED backup lights need to be added
- Needs to go to powder

LOVE IT!

Another view. ACC added the same lines as the fender flaring in the sheet metal, in plate steel. Looks good. They will be making the same to match the plastic flares as well if you wish.

Looks good.... With a little color matching going on it could pass for OEM.

If we wanted it just like that will the spare tire still fit in the under truck holder?

What body panel modifications are needed?

Is it a direct bolt on or does the frame need to be modified in anyway?

Can the bumper be bought as it sits in your picture with the option to add the tire rack at a later date with minimal effort?

If you color matched the powder coat I am not sure you could tell it was not stock unless you saw a stock one next to it. There is a LOT more clearance in the rear.

The spare will fit. I opted to remove the spare mechanism as I am getting the tire carrier. I will let ACC expand on this because I don't know how much had to be removed for fitment vs. function of the stock spare.

You remove the bumper cover and some of the plastics underneath (vent cover, etc). I removed flares so this is fitted to that line, but ACC is planning to offer one that will fit with flares on.

It bolts on. If you want the hitch there is a hole that needs to be made in the rear cross member to accommodate. You could also refit the stock hitch, but not sure if the lower clearance is enough to allow for the tube to fit underneath (it was recessed into the cross member a bit stock as I remember).

The bumper can be bought this way, but ultimately the production model options are up to ACC. They can make anything work as a custom build.

Swing outs: I am not sure on what ACC has planned, but the design I think we are heading toward for tire carrier is a simple tap and bolt system that allows for add on of the swing outs at a later date. Will know more on that in a week or two as it gets finished and we get more done.

I would like to see how a dual swing out would work since the GX has the swing door not a tailgate and lift gate.

can you post a couple of pictures showing the door open?

I don't have it back yet :)

Looks so good I may need to snag a gx to put one on!!
Cant wait to see it finished

Looks like my actuator is leaking, got VSC and diff lights lit...time to fix it!

Getting there. the hardware showed up for the rear tow points, the hitch is in, fully reinforced now. Touch up work around the door, tire carrier, license holder, and backup lights left!

Thanks. Been a hell of a year to get all this done. So close to finished! :)

Another angle

For those wondering with a GX...you can splice pin 17 to 16 on the fog light combo switch and run fogs (or a light bar in my case) with high beams on! Just did it and it worked like a charm!

I have a bunch of the connectors left if anyone needs one.

Tire carrier is almost done. Custom LED backup lights and a camping light on the tire carrier also delivered. In the final countdown to done (finally!). Will have more pics this week unless we have delays and they have to keep the bumper for blasting and lining by end of week

Getting even closer!
