This coming monday I complete the circle! Pick up the truck at Proffitt's with new RCI skids (I wrecked my poor 8 year old ASFIRs on the 'Con) and head to Ouray! This will be my final leg in a trip that took me several years to complete. I started with FJ Summit 10. Then hit Cruise Moab 20. This year I hit Rubithon 30, as well as Cruise Moab and FJ Summit (next week). 10/20/30! It has taken me a lot of time, money, and planning to pull it off, and I plan on writing an article about the experience. So cool to be able to finish!

Summit was great. Made it to Dallas. Stopping off at Tandem Offroad and heading to Atlanta after some work.

New suspension is coming! Going full slinky soon! Installed a new element fridge, about to install solar and new bushings for the VERY old TC UCAs and LCAs. Then, nothing! My list may actually be coming to an end for a while (until the mar-rack is released).

Fridge is in! Has the remote monitor and works great! Just received all my solar stuff (except the vinyl!) so waiting for that to come in and will come up with mounting options for the controller, etc.
Always important to make sure your ice cream is cold on the trails! I have always wanted one.

That is my third one. I had an Iron Man (small, but good), then an ARB normal one (good, but tall) and now this one. It is perfect!

I am lax on the YT as I am out on the road a lot so I forget about it (no wifi) so I don't want to soak the cellular gigs. I will try to get more videos from FB up on YT from across the GX lands.
Could you give an honest "wheeler's" review of the Ridge Grapplers? Your usage seems similar to mine in that you drive your vehicle to the trails but also tackle difficult trails out west. I'm specifically interested in the 35x12.50r17s like you have since they have deeper tread depth than the metric sizes.

I love them. They did great on long drives. They performed well at low psi in the rocks (grippy, no sidewall issues). I am getting more as I have put a lot of miles on these (and they are still fine) but I want "fresh meat"

I figured out why my slow brain thought you'd done a tan/quicksand paint/wrap.
I've been hunting to figure out where I went off-base, finally enough sorted out where i went wrong. So back on page 38, playing around you photoshopped a tan version, saying 'hmm, i wonder' then soon after talked about getting some vinyl. . In some of your photos, the rig looks kind of tan. Sure some are dirty/dusty (boy do i know how this local stuff affects colors ) but I think it's an artifact of the black 2-tone that makes the pearl appear tan-ish in photos.
I know, neither here nor there, but it's been bugging me since I've been leaning on runningdrew to black out his flares and side cladding, with his black bumper replacements.
