FYI, I was looking at the Windrock website and see that some accommodation has opened up, probably due to recent cancellations. There are several tent spots available, a yurt and a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom cabin (up to 8 occupancy).

It turns out that Thursday and Friday for both of our kids are teacher workdays and observation of Juneteenth (Juneteenth is the June 19th, but observed earlier). That would put a huge strain on my wife who would have to pick up the slack. That's not going to work since her job is far more time constrained than mine. It means that I'll have to sit out GSMTR weekend out.

It really sucks. I was really looking forward to that weekend. :mad:

GSMTR also overlaps our anniversary, which didn't go over well either.

Thank you to the 37 individuals who have signed up thus far! We still have a few tail guns spots as well if anyone is interested.

As a reminder, you don't have to be Windrock expert. We will provide you with map/directions. The only requirements are being a knowledgable wheeler who is capable of spotting, coaching, winching assistance, etc... Positive attitude is a plus

Absolutely. Took the week off. Crashing with a couple of others in one of the cabins. I will probably need you guys to help me pick up my flares all weekend I’m going to tear off. I went to 37s and I’m a little short on lift still.🤣🤣🤣🤣 it’s so close though. Lol.
 
What a trip!! The motel needs solar so I don't have to run the genny as much next time, lol.

Life and Project WTF is designated as the main transportation to and from. Currently in a metal shed in pieces near a Starbucks. A f’n Starbucks man!!
