Well after going thru my entire drivetrain and wheel end I don't know whether to laugh or cry
Been driving this thing as much as I could and the noise seem to be right be low my foot. More noticeable after hitting bumps or those reflectors on the road.
Started banging on the lower fender/doors area by hand to see if I could hear anything. Banged on my new rock sliders and it resonated a bit.
Wedged a piece of cloth between the slider and body and went for a test drive.
And just like that the clunk was gone.
I guess the best outcome is that I know my axles/driveshafts/wheel bearings are super solid and won't need servicing for awhile lol JFC
Are your sliders from WKOR? I have some from them hopefully coming soon.

Are the frame mounted Rock sliders tight to the body ?
They look like there pushed right up to the pinch seem.
I see issues with that !

These are indeed White Knuckles.
Fit is nice and tight. I believe the 4 bolt holes towards the front are notched that go to the frame. I'm going to check again.
