Let me me know what you come up with. I get the same code - 44 is for "lean exhaust." Interestingly, when I took it to get smog tested I found that it was running very rich, at least at idle, with very high CO. My o2 sensor was brand new also and seems to read fine when I check WINALDL. Have also checked for vacuum leaks but nothing. I've reinstalled the emissions stuff (EGR, cannister, etc,) but hasn't corrected the prob.

I have a couple of other thoughts on what it could be, however, I have my rig all broke down for paint right now so it will have to wait.

BTW, lookin' good!

Ive heard a leak in the headers or loose tbi could cause also cause lean exhaust checked both and I have a slight leak in the collector right before the o2 but its pushing out not sure what to do with it also i think im gonna run some seafoam through my fuel for a while see if it helps. i know that i have decent fuel pressure seems to be around 11-12 psi all the time havent look at the guage while driving but im thinking it should be good cuz it has new pump and filter and all the lines. guess ill see if the new pcv helps at all

well its on the road! got the DW fixed by preloading the trunion bearings a bit more and still have the xhaust code coming up. its definatley nice to be able to roll on these tires without wobbling or thinking its gonna wobble:-) gonna do some wheeling tommorow so ill snap some pics to post up

If your header leaks it will backfire when you let off the gas... Mine is bad for that.

havent had any backfires yet

just added some seafoam to the fuel maybee it will help maybe it wont well see in a few days. other than that its nice to be driving it again

took it out for some wheeling today it was really nice with the lower gearing and fuel injection

well been wheeling a bit here and there havent managed to hit the skidplate on anything but its nice to know that im not gonna land on my tcase. next i will be getting some beadlocks and a hydro assist ram to set up. also got a worn but useable irok for a spare so now its time to fab a swingout tire carier.

well got er done enede up using a 2000lb spindle and a destaco 344 latch I made a stopper so the tire doesnt swing into the side of the truck. pretty happy with how it turned out. anyways heres some pictures

thinkin down the road i might add a latch to hold the tire in the open position other than that the tire rack is mint! now im getting ready to set up ram assist gonna copy woodys ram mount setup with one mount welded to the third and the other off the top of the housing. using a psc ram 1.75 with 8 inches stroke it a tight fit! oh yeah and gettin some beadlock rings from karnage fab to weld on some 15x8s pics to come.......

got the ram all finished man what a difference! and no more death wobble! ill be snapping pics soon

heres a few shots of how the ram is mounted snd the hoses are run right through the front crossmember!

Super nice.... You got me thinking

Looking good.

You got the brackets yet for the RDB? I got mine a couple years ago from LeJuene Engineering. I think they were $12ish a piece. They are weld on. Worked nice on my 60 housing. Let me know if you need any part numbers or mounting info. My only mistake is the upper caliper bolt just touches the spring pack at install, vif the bracket was rotated down any I might not be able to get it in.

I dont have any brackets yet, 12 bucks sounds good Ill have to give them a shout tommorow and see if there still available
