there 1/4 inch thick I know most others like ruff stuff are 3/8 but is it really needed will 1/4 inch stuff hold up with a close to 5000lbs fj40? I think it will, what do you think?

quick delivery on the brakets! ordered yesterday and they showed up the next day! so I went and got rotors calipers and pads so now I can mock up the the rear discs on the fj60 rear. its getting trussed and new dodge perches for spring over also got to remake the track bar mount. should be a busy weekend. also im working on an adapter to mount a chevy 1.25 bore master cylender to the toyota booster that should make it stop!

Do you have all the p/n's for brake lines? Let me know today cause i will be away tomorrow for a few days.... Do you need anything from down here? I will be going to CR tomorrow.

I have a set of perches, not dodge ones but pretty much the same if you want them. Just pay me what the dodge ones are worth.

I would recomend the 80 master, it stops my truck pretty good. Bolts on.

yeah got a # for the lines metric to banjo they will be here tommorow. and I got some dodge perches already was thinking of the 80 m/c but chevy is cheeper and I have a core oh well I guess ill have to price em out tommorow. anyways I should have plenty to do for the weekend!

well got some work done today started on the truss also picked up the lines nice banjo to metric should work perfect! tommorow ill get most of it welded mock it up with a third in and weld the brake mounts. cant wait to have good brakes

Looks good. Top bolt might be tight with the spring though... Gussets are nice though.

i originally put my brake lines like that and then mounted them to the u-bolt plates to get them out of the way.

Thanks for the pics of the tire rack. I really didn't want to put the jack on the front bumper. Nice design. No grease zert on that spindle. :D
That tube running over to the latch looks kind of bare, might need some other accessory bolted to it. Hmmm..
Hope I get some time to work on my rig. Looks fun.

thanks! the spindle is packed like a regular wheel hub a Zerk isn't a bad idea tho, and I'm thinking of a removable mount for a :beer:cooler on the other side of the rack
