That's because you're in Houston :).
I was breaking a sweat in Houston on Thursday and got chills when I got to Austin. Still the weather is nothing like the north.

What is it there now like -30? People in Texas are complaining that it's in the 50s.

We had snow this week, weather has been good though. Have snow and colder weather this coming week..

I wear shorts at 10-30F here.. Hooded sweatshirt most of the time, I rarely wear a coat.. I get hot too quickly.

The dash will be black and red. Looking for some red ABS sheet to make the cluster gauge plate out of. This may end up black as well. I'm taking the pyro and boost gauges and putting them in the cubby (I think, need to measure) then the 4runner tiltoworld/altimeter in the radio slot. Still haven't decided on the console.. Tuffy or build my own.

I will be building a new front bumper and sliders soon as well..

Looking great bro. So glad to see you working for yourself! Keep up the great work!

She's good. Haven't been out in awhile though, except a great family day up through some forest roads.

Oh, and a new center console!

Just trailer updates and went for a drive with Shane's bumper and the trailer..

Thats awesome! I want to make one haha.

Pretty simple P, You and the BRO could build one pretty quickly. I've been dragging my :moon: doing other things...

Yeah, looks like a really fun little project. Do you know how much the finished weight will be on yours? (I probably missed it)

P, Not yet, I have all the metal dimensions, lengths and wall thicknesses...I know what the tire/wheel combo weighs and I also weighed the hub assembly (I'm a freak...I KNOW!!!).. I'll post the weight when finished ( bare ) and loaded.... (across the scales)

I could easily build this out if I had everything sitting in front of me... in a day or two for sure....

J

No worries haha. Im interested in seeing the top half completed. And i may shoot ya few questions about all that info you got, ya freak ;)
