yep not my bumper.. yet!

unreal bumper mate, love the adjustable wheel carrier

Thanks Maat, it was fun to build.. actually got the bends right the first time out... HA!

J ,
Sorry if this is a repeat question, what do you estimate that rear bumper to weigh?

Approx. 135-140# for all three pieces. I'll have a hard number this afternnon when I weigh each piece. Goss' main bumper weighed 101# with bare dual arms the other day. I'll let you know.

Is it possible to get the tire any closer to the body? Maybe tilt it towards the hatch?

Johnny, yes it is possible. It is less than 2" away from the license plate light cover now. however, my customer wants to eventually add their own hi-lift behind. So technically for this bumper the answer is no.

Tilting it would bring it tighter to the glass, but eliminate the hi-lift. This is a custom mod bumper. The customers frame has been modified and I had to adapt the frame mounts as well.

All around nice! And super looking welds R...but I expected no less from you :D

View attachment 924369 And this rear is finished.. This weekend I will be building two crates and back to a little bodywork on Goss.

So sending it out unpainted? For the new owner.. Try and find a local fab shop that will galvanize for you. And then you can paint over the top of that. eliminateing future rust issues.
