Good cover for a Warn 8274?

Hey all,
I bought a Warn cover a few years back and it lasted a year or two before falling apart. Anyone found a durable and hopefully less expensive winch cover?

Hi Brian,

I was planning on going to a guy here in town who made a tarp for my dump trailer out of vinyl coated truck tarp material. I bet there is someone in your area that fabricates truck tarps who could bust one out. It shouldn't cost too much, unless you go really elaborate. Cheers, matt

Guess they dont make them like they used too. I think my cover is the original one from about 77. Still in good shape, but it does stay in the garage as I dont like to cover up my refurbed 8274.

Any awning shop should be able to make you one out of the material used for commercial awnings. They last for decades in all weather conditions.

I just had one made of 18oz vinyl truck tarp, for $70 by a canvas/tarp outfit. Not nearly so sexy as City Racer unit but does the job.
