Thank you. Looks like it sticks out 1/2" too far on the bottom........unless I'm willing to make a relief cut on the bottom rung so the left upright tube on the tire swing out has enough clearance.

It's ok in that transition area were the ladder bends at the bottom of the glass.

Btw, I have the gen 1 slee rear bumper with the single swing out if anyone else runs the same and wonders.

Your tire carrier must be closer to the center than mine is. Does the jack mount on the right or left?

Right side.... So I have gen 2?

Yup.

Cool. I like life's lesson that aren't accompanied by pain.

Phil, first, great meeting you at DRV! Hope you can get over for MRV this fall.

Second - details on the LED light itself you mounted next to the ladder? My ancient PIAA lights on the INTI are in sad shape.

Hey Brent great meeting you and all the other DRV guys

Look back at post #52 for more info on the light

Does anyone know if the Gobi ladder will mount while retaining the spoiler?

Boo! Now I'll have uncomfortable spoiler holes to look at! Going to have to make a cool light bracket...

Anything to keep you busy and off the streets :flipoff2:

LOL. No doubt. What thickness steel is that light bracket made from?

Perfect, thanks.

4+ month review

After several months of use I have to say this is one of the better products I have purchased in a long time. The attachment makes it feel like its part of the hatch. I use it regularly to hang onto when getting up and down from tailgate. In addition to being able to get in my CampTeq when I dont want to use my extend ladder and for quick access to the top of my CampTeq for distant view or to get a good visual in a vehicle crowded area.
