Gear shift lever delay in Park

On my 2014 LX, sometimes when putting the shift lever in P(ark), the lever will rest half-way in the P(ark). May 15-30 seconds later, the lever will move over an inch to the left to its final resting position.

Anyone else experience this? Anything to worry about?

Sounds like something like coffee or soda spilled in that area at some point in time. I (lightly) sprayed some CRC electrical spray around the shift and that seemed to help. It may take a few times.
Couple other things...Are you keeping the driveshafts greased, and has the trans fluid been "refreshed"?
